Frescos Southern Kitchen & Bar Brunch Experience

The Boozy Brunch

Sit down at Frescos to catch up on the weekend’s good times with the perfect drink. Frescos offers an enticing selection of signature cocktails – from a hearty Bloody Mary to the shimmering, gin-based Lake Mirror Sunset – but the $12 bottomless mimosas are what earned Frescos the “boozy brunch” nickname. With seven flavors to choose from, you can progress from traditional orange to raspberry to a popular local favorite, the prickly pear. We’re getting thirsty just writing about it!

The Menu

Brunch is served at Frescos on both Saturday and Sunday, and our eclectic menu gives you options. For those seeking small bites to share, the Mini Country Ham Biscuits, Frescos Egg Rolls (chicken, bacon, and cheese with an avocado cream sauce), and Avocado Toast are perfect to pass.

Bigger appetites can dig in to Shrimp and Grits, Spicy Chicken and Waffles, Eggs Benedict, or a tempting selection of bowls: Ranchero (chorizo, eggs, avocado over cheesy potatoes), Steak and Eggs (with a sassy chimichurri sauce), Southern (fried chicken, eggs, asparagus over cheesy potatoes with a rich, creamy hollandaise), and the Knuckle (coming straight out of NOLA with chicken, andouille sausage, and shrimp).

It doesn’t stop there. Frescos offers a special Quiche of the Day, a traditional House Breakfast (eggs, bacon or sausage, grits or potatoes, toast), a full Griddle Menu with pancakes, French toast, and biscuits and gravy, and finally, you can fine tune the omelet or burrito you’ve been craving with the Farm to Table menu.

Grabbing Lunch Instead?

Frescos offers a full sandwich and salad menu while brunch is in session. The Fried Green Tomato BLT and Dirty Biscuit (a fried chicken biscuit dirtied up with cheddar and sausage gravy) give standards a Southern flare, while the Grouper comes blackened or fried and topped with slaw and a house-made remoulade. The BBQ Chicken sandwich can match your mood with any of three different sauce options (Alabama BBQ, Memphis Sweet, or Spicy Florida, and the tempura-fried Monte Cristo serves up a tantalizing mix of sweet and savory. The centerpiece of the sandwich menu, though, is the Farm Table Burger. Sourced from your choice of local, grass-fed beef or Jackman, Florida Wagyu, the Farm Table Burger is available with a seemingly endless list of toppings.

The salad menu stars a Romaine and Kale Caesar (which can be filled out with grilled or fried chicken or grilled salmon) and the Southern Cobb (featuring fried chicken, sweet corn, and topped with bacon crumbles).
